I am very excited to announce that Jenna Lee PR will be working with Simon Horrocks,BodyDouble Films and their first feature film, Third Contact. The psychological thriller has received rave reviews since its premiere at the BFI IMAX where it made cinema history. The feature was the first short costing virtually nothing to be screened in a theatre alongside films made for £200 million, it also outsold all other titles shown on that day.
Third Contact starts its tour of the UK, Europe, America and Canada today in Nottingham.
More news to come on this very, very soon but until then check out the website to find out more and follow the film on Twitter

It’s been a good year for Frank Pescod. The Suffolk singer-songwriter who has a penchant for creating emotive electronic music has had backing from many including Zane Lowe and Lauren Laverne. He had a nice introduction to festival season with Reading, Leeds, Wilderness and Latitude and he looks set for a promising 2014. SXSW is already on the agenda.
‘Play’, is taken from ‘Half The Man’, which is now available from iTunes and deluxe vinyl from Rough Trade and the Franks website.
The French duo premiere new song via Ladygunn. Listen here
After receiving over 500,000 views on their debut video, As Animals return with their new track ‘As Animals’. The track was premiered by Ladygunnand is taken from their forthcoming self-titled album set for release on March 3rd 2014 via Atmospheriques Records.
The rising duo, made up of Frédéric Grange and Zara Desbonnes, have been causing a wave of interest in Paris, France after signing their deal. A flurry of YouTube hits on the cinematic I See Ghost (Ghost Gunfighters) video was followed up by two sold out headline gigs at Nouveau Casino in Paris. They then released the track in the UK and US seeing support from Clash, Beats Per Minute and Rough Magazine, to name a few.
As Animals music has been described as deeply imaginative and dreamy. Zara’s powerful vocals compliment the movie-soundtrack-esque backdrop created by Frederic and his many instruments. This could fit into the ‘indie’ column, but with a pop sensibility and a possible ethereal quality to boot. The influences of Fiona Apple, Bjork and Pink Floyd creep through from time to time and the artistic upbringing had by both can clearly be heard.
Expect to see a video follow up to this track very soon.
Pop On And On had some rather kind words to say about To Be Frank.
“Play delivers Frank’s stirring vocals tossed amongst the waves of an ethereal production, which will take you for quite a journey, folks. My only problem with this song is that it’s not 5 minutes longer – it’s been on repeat like crazy.”
